The Buddhist Museum

Located about 0.6 km from The Radh Hotel and inside the erstwhile High Court buildings, the International Buddhist Museum is a gallery of photographs, models and displays illustrating Buddhism-inspired works of art from around the world. Notably, a large number of statues and other exhibits on display are reproductions rather than originals. The museum is situated within the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic complex and can only be accessed via the temple. A stay in The Radh Hotel in Kandy will indeed be more complete with a visit paid to the Buddhist Museum in Kandy.
