Delivery Policy for Online Orders
The estimated Delivery Time for an order will be 60 minutes, inclusive of preparation and transportation. The timing shown when placing an order is approximate and may vary due to certain reasons beyond the control of The Radh.
Food Delivery will be handled by our very own team; who are well trained riders and drivers. They are instructed to follow proper food transportation standards and will take necessary steps to ensure the orders are taken carefully, delivered safely and in a timely manner.
Once the Customer receives the “order dispatched” notification, if the delivery gets late due means out of our control, please note, The Radh will not take be taking responsibility on such occasions.
However if the order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time mentioned, please contact us on: +94 778 437 423 and we will immediately attend to it and do our best to make sure you receive the order as soon as possible.
In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by The Radh.
If the Customer fails to accept an order once ready to be delivered or if The Radh is unable to deliver the order due to lack of information, delivery instructions or authorizations by the Customer; the order will automatically be considered delivered. Any storage, insurance and other costs which we incur as a result of the inability to deliver shall be the responsibility of the Customer and he/she shall indemnify The Radh in full for such costs.
The Customer is expected to accept the order once delivered to the given address or make necessary arrangements for an authorized person to accept it on his/her behalf. Failing to do so and if the Guest does not contact The Radh, after 10 minutes the order will automatically be considered delivered to the Customer. The Radh will not be responsible thereon and there will not be any replacement for such particular orders.
The Customer is kindly requested to give proper details while placing an order to ensure there be no issues or complications during the time of delivery.
Please be informed that The Radh may not be able to deliver orders to certain locations beyond City limits. In such cases, our Customer Service Agents will get in touch with you and arrange for a cancellation of the order or arrange delivery to an alternative delivery address.
