COVID19 - OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES

Following Procedures and Practices are for your kind reference and actions:

  • Please be informed that completing all details and providing necessary documents mentioned in the Arrival Check-List and Self Declaration Form is mandatory and that your Reservation will only be confirmed once you have filled it and sent it back to the Reservations Team (via email or whatsapp)
  • All room payments are requested to be paid in advance. The Hotel encourages only card transactions for payments done inside the premises. Final invoices will be emailed to you once payments have been settled
  • The Radh is Covid19 compliant, hence all our Guests are humbly requested to follow the following procedures during your stay with us:
    1. Please be kind enough to wear a face mask as you arrive at the Hotel and remember to always wear one while in public areas
    2. Please make use of the hand sanitizing facilities available inside the Hotel
    3. Our Front Desk Staff will monitor your body temperature each time you walk-in to the Hotel. Kindly support them as this task is wholly for the safety of everyone
    4. Please be informed that valet parking, room service, turn down, laundry, chauffeur accommodation, gym, spa and buffet facilities will not be provided by the Hotel until further notified by the Hotel Management
    5. Any visitors can be entertained only in public areas. Access to the room/s will not be permitted as a safety measure
    6. The Hotel staff has been advised not to assist with baby-sitting, carrying or playing with children as it is against the Covid19 Health and Hygiene Practices
    7. The Front Desk Staff will gladly assist you with inquiries and requests prior to and after your arrival:

  • Procedures if in case of a Covid19 situation or any other emergency:
    1. Please be informed that the Hotel has been instructed to allow Guests to walk-in/check-in only if they show a body temperature lesser than 37 °C
    2. If at any instance a Guest’s body temperature shows more than the above reading, they will be requested by the Front Desk Staff to be seated for 15 minutes and the temperature will be rechecked twice more
    3. If the temperature continues to show a higher reading, the Management Team will seek immediate assistance of the Hotel Doctor and the Medical Officer of Health and the relevant Authorities will further go ahead with the necessary procedures
    4. The Hotel Management would like to bring to your kind notice that the team will provide you with all necessary assistance if in case of any emergency, except for covering any financial expenses
    5. The Hotel Management would also like to request the Guests to agree and abide by the instructions and protocols of the Local Health Authorities if in case of any incident
